The Hotel shall not charge any retention for any release of bookings of which a proper written notice is received 15 days in advance from your esteemed office.
01 night retention will be charged if cancelled within 10 days from the date of arrival.
50% retention will be charged if cancelled within 7 days from the date of arrival.
Full retention will be charged if cancelled within 3 days from the date of arrival.
